The Advanced Integrative Mental Health Services program (AIMS), otherwise known as the Collaborative Care model, prioritizes mental health services for patients in the primary care setting.

Program Goal

We want every patient to have access to guided psychiatric care in a primary care setting to improve their overall health and well-being.

Treatment Overview

Patients over the age of 13 who receive a mental health diagnosis commit to meeting with a behavioral health therapist every two weeks for six months in addition to the care prescribed by their primary care clinician. Our psychiatric clinicians provide feedback to the behavioral health and primary care clinicians to help patients continue to improve.

Patients under the age of 13 qualify for the AIMS Adolescent program.
