Sliding Fee Scale

Our sliding fee scale is available to help patients afford their health care payments. Fees for services are adjusted based on eligibility, family size and gross monthly income. Patients who are uninsured or do not have enough insurance and whose household income qualifies can apply.

Dr. Katie Sagrero joined OneWorld in 2011 after completing medical school at Western University in Los Angeles, California. Although Dr. Sagrero’s focus is on chronic care for adults, she has experience in obstetrics and serving on the Covid-19 care team. Outside of work, Dr. Sagrero enjoys spending time with her children, bike riding and paddle boarding.
