Reina Griffith, APRN
Reina Griffith, APRN, joined OneWorld in 2018 after completing her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. As part of her program, Griffith spent two semesters at OneWorld. Griffith was immediately drawn to the OneWorld mission and said she felt valued, welcomed and respected by the clinicians.
“The OneWorld clinicians welcomed me and valued my input even as a student. Many of the clinicians were and still are my mentors.”
Outside of work, Griffith enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking, baking and gardening.
Griffith was born and raised in Honduras and can speak English and Spanish fluently. Prior to earning her nurse practitioner degree, she worked as a rehab technician, nursing assistant at a nursing home, primary care pediatrics nurse and pediatric special needs nurse. She also has a certificate in medical interpretation for the Spanish language.
Griffith primarily works at the OneWorld Quick Sick Clinic, located in the north tower on the Livestock Exchange Health Campus. The urgent care clinic allows individuals and families to walk in and receive same-day, convenient care without an appointment.
