OneWorld Doctors Recognized
At OneWorld we are very proud of the care our staff has been providing to the community and our patients. Two of our physicians recently received distinguished awards from the Nebraska Medical Association and COPIC, a regional medical insurance carrier that provides risk management education, tools, and resources.
OneWorld’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kris McVea earned the Distinguished Service to Medicine – the highest award given; reserved for physicians who are leaders and who have made an outstanding contribution to the profession of medicine
Receiving the COPIC Humanitarian Award for contributions to the community was our Dr. Donna Faber. She received a $10,000 donation and elected OneWorld as the recipient to assist our patients who need help with rent during this time and are ineligible for other programs in the community.
Day in and day out our staff go above and beyond to meet the growing needs caused by this pandemic – OneWorld continues to provide quality healthcare and advocate Health Justice for all.
