OneWorld accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, most forms of insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
For people without insurance we base our charges on a sliding fee scale. Proof of one month's worth of income is required to determine the fees for services rendered.

The cost above is only an estimate based on our guidelines. These rates are subject to change. Referral services follow a different sliding fee scale. This is also affordable when compared to competitive prices, which are not reflected in the above scale. Cost for Dental Services vary. This is also only an estimate. OneWorld is committed to serving both insured and uninsured patients. The health center accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid.
Medicaid Enrollment
OneWorld accepts all forms of Nebraska State Medicaid. The health center offers assistance in applying for Medicaid. To qualify for Medicaid, a person must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and must meet income guidelines.
